Terms & Conditions of Ticket Sales

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. ITI does not issue partial or full refunds under any circumstances. The purchase is of the opportunity to attend a performance at the date and time stated, in accordance with common theatre etiquette, and subject to the rules and regulations of the venue used.

Entry to a performance may be subject to age restrictions specified in the publicity for the performance and/or in the ticketing information. No refunds will be granted on the grounds that the ticket holder was not aware of such age restrictions.

Latecomers are not entitled to admittance but may be admitted if there is a suitable break during the performance. Latecomers who are not admitted or admitted late are not entitled to a refund.

Photography and/or videography may be taken by ITI for publicity and archival purposes.
No unauthorised photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the performance unless otherwise stated.

ITI reserves the right to evict or refuse admission to anyone whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate, or who poses a threat to security or to others’ enjoyment of the performance. Attendees who are removed or refused admission are not entitled to a refund or compensation.

 

Terms & Conditions of Workshop Registration

If a registered participant chooses to withdraw from the workshop, the following will apply:

  • Regardless of when notice is received, the participant has the option to find another person to take their place in the workshop; no refund will be made. 
  • If this is not feasible, then the participant is entitled to a 50% refund, provided notice is received more than 14 days from the starting date of the workshop.
  • If notice is received 14 days or less from the starting date of the workshop, no refund will be made.

Photography and/or videography may be taken by ITI for publicity and archival purposes.

By registering for a workshop, the participant certifies that they do not have any mental and/or physical condition disability that would affect the safety, health, or welfare of themselves or other participants. ITI and the workshop instructor reserve the right to accept, decline and remove any participant from the workshop.
