Lina Yu

Lina graduated from the Intercultural Theatre Institute (ITI) in 2014, where she experienced Asian traditional art forms together with contemporary and Western theatre training. Her recent productions include Exit by Drama Box (Both Sides Now 2019); Island Tales (Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre Cultural Extravaganza 2019), Always On My Mind (Always Every Time 2019) and 0600 (Singapore International Festival of Arts 2018) by GroundZ-0; precise purpose of being broken by Koh Wan Ching (M1 Singapore Fringe Festival 2019); Offstage by Emergency Shelter (2018); Hotel by W!ld Rice (OzAsia Festival 2017, Singapore Theatre Festival 2016), among others. She also does translation work in English, Mandarin and Japanese. Lina hopes to continue her involvement in more productions and develop her craft as an actor and creator.
