Marketing Manager 

Job Scope:

  • Formulate and execute the marketing and communications strategy and plan for ITI
    • This includes communications with various stakeholders in the public and private sector as well as the arts; marketing activities, branding, publicity and sponsorships for the institute and its programmes; support for development and fundraising
    • Programmes include student recruitment, productions and presentations, workshops and forums, fundraising events and campaigns
  • Oversee team of marketing executives to implement plan
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders including potential students and faculty, donors, alumni and other supporters
  • Provide strategic direction 

Job Requirements: 

  • Excellent English, writing and communication skills 
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, good understanding of marketing
  • Understanding of social media, analytics and digital marketing
  • Preferably have understanding and experience in arts management, theatre or the arts
  • Experience in corporate sponsorship will be an advantage
  • Drive, reliability, professionalism and leadership qualities

Administrative Executive (Facilities) 

Job Scope: 

Responsibilities are for the maintenance of ITI's premises and other aspects of ITI's operations. These include:

  • Undertake administrative and operational tasks in relation to:
    • ITI's facilities (maintenance of overall premises, fixtures and fittings coordinating general repairs managing contracts)
    • ITI's tenancies (liaison with tenants, maintenance of records and documents)
    • scheduling and rental of studios, usage of studios (internal and external users)
    • long and short-term accommodation, hospitality and other administrative work for teachers and guests
  • Liaise with service providers, suppliers and government bodies and monitor work undertaken by them, including renovation work
  • Provide other administrative and operational support for ITI's amenities (eg. library, student pantry)
  • Provide other administrative and operational support for programmes and events together with other executives

Job Requirements: 

  • At least 2 years working experience in related work
  • Good communication skills and resourcefulness
  • Ability to organise information, drive processes or projects, and execute work in a systematic and methodical manner
  • Ability to understand overall organisational direction and values, and his/her own work plan in relation to these
  • Reliability, maturity, drive, initiative and professionalism
  • Preferably some understanding or experience in facilities/property management
  • Some understanding of theatre or the arts will be an advantage
