In his capacity as Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS), ITI board member Tan Tarn How chaired a Roundtable on Whither Arts Funding: Priorities, Values and Control, as part of the IPS-SAM Spotlight on Cultural Policy Series.
