Alumnus wins awards in the Philippines

Alumnus Miyuki Kamimura (’05) received the Best New Actor award at Urduja Film Festival for his performance in Filipino film Tanabata’s Wife. His performance also earned him the Best Actor award at the 2018 ToFarm Film Festival, where Tanabata’s Wife won a total of eight awards, including Best Picture, Best Director and Best Screenplay.
