Announcing Asian Intercultural Conference (AIC) 2023 – Preparing to Act: History and Heritage as Resource (27–29 Nov 2023)

Returning to Esplanade – Theatres by the Bay this November, the Asian Intercultural Conference (AIC) is a three-day event for theatre practitioners and audiences to come together to consider the challenges confronting our art today. A time to debate, discuss, and dispute through an open exchange of ideas, methodologies and techniques within the field of “Asian interculturality”.

After a brief hiatus due to Covid-19, we are delighted that this year the 2023 Conference returns from 27 to 29 November with the theme Preparing to Act: History and Heritage as Resource, featuring Keynote Speakers Dr Frances Barbe and Sankar Venkateswaran.
