Singing is an essential part of the experience and celebration of life itself. It fulfills the human need for self-expression and belonging: to be unique and to be part of a community. Over the years Bert has developed a unique and stimulating approach to singing that draws energy and inspiration from the soles of our feet, welcoming the full range of vocal sounds we able to make. It encourages people to listen with their whole body and being. During this 1-day workshop participants will learn a variety of exciting polyphonic (more part) songs from around the world, each capturing a unique rhythm and mood. Singing is one of the most joyous and uplifting experiences life has to offer. The workshop is open to anyone who would like to sing with others. No music reading skills required!
